Returns, exchanges, cancellations, etc.

Basically, we cannot accept returns or returns after the product has been shipped.

If the product is defective, we will replace it.

However, please refrain from returning the name-inserted folding fan and the flower-inserted folding fan except for product defects.

Return shipping

In case of defective products, we will bear the cost.

Shipping: Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kyushu 880 yen. Other than that, it is 770 yen. Free shipping on purchases of 10,000 yen or more in total (excluding tax).
