Two geisha walk through the snowy town of Naka. The night-light of Akiba Gongen, which was enshrined at the waterworks, is depicted prominently in the foreground, and the gate on the opposite side is depicted in Ukiyoe, using perspective. It can be seen that Hiroshige had mastered the Western perspective painting method.
